Tram Le brings unmatched depth in multistate tax strategy to AcctoFi, guiding clients through complex SALT issues—from nexus and sourcing to sales tax automation and M&A due diligence. A Partner at TaxOps and adjunct professor at UT Arlington, she’s also a trusted voice in state tax policy and education.

Before entering private practice, Tram led forensic and government audit work at the U.S. GAO and TIGTA, where she analyzed asset valuations, reviewed internal controls, and evaluated tax law changes. She holds a JD and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver and a BS in Accounting from UT Arlington.

An award-winning leader and active TXCPA board member, Tram also authors the Spreading SALTovation column for Tax Notes and frequently presents on the evolving state tax landscape.
